(This phrasal verb has more than one meaning)
Definition: to make sure that someone is OK, and to protect them from danger.
E.g.1: When I went to senior school I was lucky because my older brother was there to look out for me.
E.g.2: Don’t worry! Friends always look out for each other.
This phrasal verb can’t be separated.
